FD / PRACTICE

Start with what needs to change. Build a clear scope around it.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How are fees agreed?

We define scope, deliverables, revision rounds and coordination needs, then provide a written proposal and payment milestones.

Can we start with one room?

Yes. Focused room updates and ordinary residential projects are welcome. We shape the service around the actual need.

Can you work with our contractor?

Yes, within the agreed scope. The appointed contractor handles construction; design, procurement and installation responsibilities are recorded separately.

Can you help with a commercial space?

Existing-condition surveys, CAD documentation and basic 3D models can be scoped separately for commercial projects.

How does AI fit into a real project?

AI supports research, concept exploration and information organization. Site measurements, design decisions, samples and implementation require the relevant people and project checks.
